These organisations commit themselves to an ethical behavior and create corporate value while also improving the quality of life of their workforce, the communities and society at large.

Governance for a corporate responsibility recognizes today’s pressing social and environmental issues and addresses them with proactive practices respecting a wide range of stakeholders. It creates transparency and legitimacy and is basis for rendering the respective organizations reliable partners in an ongoing dialogue with their stakeholders. Engaging with stakeholders is a key for developing innovative and viable solutions.
