Prof. Dr. Rolf Meyer, Head of the competence center Entrepreneurship Dr. Rolf Meyer is Professor for Entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. At the Institute of Management he is involved in Research, Lecturing and Consulting in the field of entrepreneurship and formation of enterprises. He teaches in the Bachelor of International Management Program as well as in the Master of Science in International Management Program. Prof. Dr. Meyer did his PhD in Economics at the University of Fribourg and the University of Basel. He is a member of different examination boards and examination expert with the federal higher training programs. |

Andrew Mpeqa studied Business Studies at Lerotholi Polytechnic in Lesotho and Hospitality Management at Walter Sisulu University in South Africa. Subsequently, he worked for several years in some of the leading hotels in Lesotho and South Africa. Parallel to his work in the hotel industry, he co-founded and ran a catering company in Cape Town which he then sold in order to pursue his Master studies in Europe. From 2008 until 2010, Andrew Mpeqa absolved a dual Master programme in International Management/International Business in Switzerland and the UK. He collaborated with a leading Swiss financial firm for his Master Thesis in the field of CSR, where he assisted in identifying shortcomings of the existing responsible supply chain management programme. Due to his long-standing interest in entrepreneurship theory and practice, Andrew Mpeqa decided to pursue his career in the position of a Research Assistant at the Institute of Management, Competence Center Entrepreneurship. |

Since 1988, he has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), where in the past years he has established and headed the Entrepreneurial Excellence center of competence. He is a Dean of MAS strategic management and CAS corporate management. Martin Schwitter, born in 1954, has been Managing Director und Senior Partner of MLS ltd., institute for corporate development and pilots&more ltd. He has headed various strategic projects for international companies in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, the USA, and South Africa. Following his studies in general psychology, economics, and pedagogy at the University of Basel, he was head of Personal & Management Development at a worldwide hotel-chain and an industrial psychologist at the IAP (Institute for Applied Psychology). He was Senior Consultant in charge of global strategic projects in the airline industry. He also headed the management development of a logistics company operating worldwide |

Adrian Urs Sidler, Project Manager - New VenturePLUS Bachelor of Engineering 2007/2008: Executive Master of Business Administration 2008/2009: Certificate of Advances Studies UZH FHNW in Social Studies Research Since 2006, researcher and project manager at the Institute of Management with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation and stakeholder dialog. External activities include working as a project manager in regional development and as coach in stakeholder dialogues. Before becoming a researcher at the Institute of Management, Adrian Sidler had the role of a CEO in an SME; entrepreneur as consultant and project management and employee in a public department for environment, agriculture and communication. |
