The concept of education begins with the basic requirements of a business environment which serve as a foundation for the development of creative leadership models. Effects of globalization and Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization affirm the necessity for top managers of Russian enterprises not only to understand modern Russian economic processes, but also to be able to identify current trends shaping the development of the world economic system. For professional managers striving for long-term competitive positions in international markets and profitable business results, it is important to be able make effective decisions in a quickly changing environment.

For a dual degree EMBA HRM, the Higher Economic School of St. Petersburg State University and the School of Business of the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland use the most progressive technologies for effective education and training including, but not limited to, the following: business situation modeling in the organization, business games and scenarios, cases and tests, coaching behavioural competencies, stress prevention and time management.

The EMBA HRM programme guides participants to success. Multifaceted managers are presently in high demand to oversee international projects and manage the challenges in an increasingly interactive world economy.
