Profil
Anne Herrmann studierte Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Fachhochschule Nordostniedersachen in Lüneburg (2001–2007). Während des Studiums arbeitete sie als Research Assistant bei der SHL Group in London (Grossbritannien; 2004–2005). Nach ihrem Studium war sie zunächst als Research & Development Consultant, später als Senior Research & Development Consultant bei OPP Ltd. in Oxford (Grossbritannien) tätig (2007–2010). Danach war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in der Abteilung Psychologische Entscheidungsforschung und Methoden an der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg (2010–2012) und später in der Forschungsabteilung der Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz (2013–2014). In dieser Zeit war sie ausserdem als freiberufliche Trainerin und Dozentin aktiv. Im Dezember 2013 schloss sie ihre Dissertation zum Thema "Individual difference measures for work and career: Utilizing the advantages offered by latent variable methods to address measurement and construct validity issues" mit dem Ergebnis "Summa cum laude" ab. Seit 2014 ist sie Dozentin an der Hochschule für Angewandte Psychologie der FHNW. Im September 2017 wurde sie zur Professorin ernannt. Im November 2017 übernahm sie die Leitung des Instituts für Marktangebote und Konsumentscheidungen.
