Dr. Martin Fierz has been awarded with the Swiss Aerosol Prize 2011 by the Swiss Society for Aerosol Research (SAG).

The prize is awarded for the best scientific publication in the field of aerosol research.

It is sponsored by the Swiss lung foundation and awarded for the first time in 2011. Professor Peter Gehr from the university of Berne handed it over on the occasion of the annual meeting of the SAG on November 2. We congratulate Martin to this success.
