Educational objective
At the center of the Bachelor’s degree program Visual Communication lies the creation of messages through images (iconic messages) across the entire palette of visual information products. In the broadest sense of the word, these visually captured everyday images encompass placards and posters, books, newspaper and magazine publications, guidance systems, systems of corporate design, informational graphs, computer-assisted information kiosks, CDROMs, Internet pages, video documentation, exhibitions and even packaging. The objective of making things comprehensible through conscious application of images demands manual, technical, creative and analytical capabilities.
