The MSc study programme passes down specialist knowledge to graduates, enabling them to integrate quickly and effectively into the global industrial Life Sciences sector and to plan their next career step. The MSc builds upon the Bachelor programme by preparing students for management functions including the responsibility for human resources and budgeting.

At the School of Life Sciences FHNW we offer three majors:

	Molecular Technologies Chemical analysis and bioanalysis, Biodiagnostics, Preparative organic Chemistry, Chemical engineering
	Therapeutic Technologies Pharma technology, Medical technology
	Environmental Technologies (planned for 2012) More efficient use of resources, Water conservation, Clean Technology, Integrated Product Policy, Sustainability analysis
