By air: Basel Euroairport is served from many destinations. A shuttle bus takes 25 minutes into the city centre (main railway station). Students arriving at Zurich airport can catch a direct train to Basel (1h) or Geneva airport (3h by train).

By rail: there are excellent rail connections from Basel to the rest of Europe.

By road: many students arrive by coach; there are good services from all parts of Europe, especially Eastern Europe. The Basel coach station is adjacent to the railway station.
