Curriculum Vitae:

Studium der Psychologie und Psychopathologie (lic. phil.) an der Universität Bern (1994 – 2001), Promotion in Soziologie (Dr. phil.) an der Universität Basel (2007). 2001 – 2002 Management Trainee (HR & CRM) bei der SBB Cargo AG in Basel. Zwischen 2002 und 2007 angestellt an der Universität St. Gallen (Lehrstuhl für Organisationspsychologie), zuerst als Forschungsassistent und schliesslich als Senior Researcher SNF. Parallel dazu (2003 - 2006) Mitgründung und Ko-Leitung der Blueyou AG (nachhaltige Aquakultur in Brasilien). Seit 2004 freiberufliche Unternehmensberatung (Kultur-, Strategie- und Organisationsentwicklung), zuletzt als Projektleiter in Kulturprojekt bei SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. in Deutschland. Bei der Beratungsfirma BSD Consulting 2009 verantwortlich für den Bereich „Inter-sektorale Allianzen für nachhaltige Entwicklungen“.
