ESN FHNW

Get involved with international exchange students and expand your international network!

ESN is the FHNW’s Erasmus Student Network, a student organisation that looks after visiting exchange students at the FHNW and accompanies them during their stay in Switzerland. The organisation consists of a board and many members from a wide range of study programmes. One of its tasks is to organise regular trips, parties and meetings so that the exchange students have the time of their lives. ESN also manages the Buddy Programme, where Swiss students are assigned to exchange students to facilitate their arrival and stay in Switzerland.

To make my international experience richer, I chose Switzerland for my exchange. It is such a beautiful country and despite the covid times that we are going through, I am still enjoying the studies and time here. Travelling as much as possible (I totally recommend getting the GA) and making new friends. I just regret only coming for a semester. I wish this experience would last longer. ESN FHNW organizes lots of activities and the buddy system is so good. I just love it here.
