This 2-day workshop is highly interactive, playful and challenging. It is held in English.

  • We take a deep dive into the foundations for successfully driving change, built on Dr. Kotter’s 8-Step Process for Leading Change and 4 Key Change Leadership Principles.
  • You will learn helpful large groups formats to engage people through stages of exploration, idea generation and learning.

Audience

The workshop is open to all FHNW students. Places are limited to 50 participants (fist come, first serve-principle). Pre-Reading the book „Our Iceberg is Melting/ Das Pinguin-Prinzip is required.
