«When I was still working for UBS, I was fortunate to already gain some international experience in Beijing. It was a fascinating time and I was determined to study in China one day. Thanks to its extensive network of partner universities in China, FHNW offered the opportunity to make my dream a reality and spend an exchange semester in China. I was also able to expand my network as project manager with Insight China.»

«The study programmes of FHNW are very flexible and modular. The Bachelor programme in Business Administration appealed to me because of the mix of economics, law and accounting and because I was allowed to freely choose Majors and Minors. I decided on the specialisation «International Business in Asia», where I gained a profound understanding of Asian culture and business practices. This knowledge is very important and helpful for my current project. Equally important are subjects like statistics, business information systems or strategic management. These offer an excellent starting ground for aspiring consultants.»

«FHNW offers numerous opportunities for personal development – be it a summer school, international student project or exchange semester. Take this chance to expand your network and Collect all the unforgettable moments you can. Ask your lecturers for advice when you get stuck and try to keep your learning groups small!»

We wish Mikel all the best for his future career!
