Supply networks

We look into the requirements and implementation of Industry 4.0 for companies that cooperate in inter-corporate supply networks.

Creation of supply networks to increase effectiveness and optimise the cost-benefit ratio (supply chain management and logistics).

Innovative instruments and approaches for financial supply chain management improve the level of access to financing opportunities within the supply chain (reduction of financial risks and/or improvement of the liquidity situation in the supply chain).

Digitisation and the Internet of Things (IoT) are changing the structures of existing supply networks and enable new business models. In this regard, big-data-based approaches support systematic innovation management and generate new market opportunities from the increased level of complexity.

The transfer of new methods, technologies and processes is reflected in collaborative partnerships and research projects with business and research partners.
