The dual degree programme leads to a degree from each University, the MBA FHNW/EBS MBA, is based on:

7 EBS core courses/modules:
Organisational Behaviour, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Project
Management, Marketing, Strategic Planning.

1 FHNW elective course/module chosen from:
Cross-cultural Consumer Behaviour, Leadership-Leading across Cultures, International Entrepreneurship, Intercultural Negotiation and Communication, Social Media and Customer Experience, Sustainable Tourism and Event Management.

Participants choose the 7 EBS core courses/modules; participants choose 1 FHNW elective out of 5 offered by FHNW. When articipants have completed and passed these 8 courses, they undertake the FHNW master thesis, which includes a taught component on research methods.
