Financial Reporting & Controlling

The module introduces students to the key aspects of controlling and financial reporting. The students gain insight into the accounting and reporting for investment activities of a firm that possesses either significant influence or control over another. Additionally, the students develop skills that enable them to interpret financial statements and conduct an analysis of a company. Further, the students learn to use performance indicators to deduce strategic decisions.
