Coordination Crayfish Switzerland

The Swiss Crayfish Coordination Office was established in 2014 by the Federal Office for the Environment. Since then we have been working on solutions to protect the three native crayfish (stone carcasses, crustaceans and noble crayfish) and to curb the spread of invasive or non-native crayfish (signal crayfish, red American marsh crayfish, crayfish and Eastern European Galician marsh crab).
