Quality and process management form a cornerstone of computer science. In this module students acquire the basics of contemporary quality and process management. The following topics are covered:
- Basic knowledge of process management
- Basic knowledge of quality management
- Process management as a management system
- Design, visualization, communication and standardization of processes
- Application for the purposes of quality assurance
- Process review and compliance, performance indicators and evaluations
- Continuous improvement process
