  • Do we need to post a Public Management Summary in case of a confidential paper?
    Yes, a Public Management Summary is always required. Please note on the form “Public Management Summary” that the paper is confidential. However, the Public Management Summary is public.
  • What information on the form Public Management Summary is public?
    All information on the form is public, including the name of the organization, contact person and of course the actual management summary. If the client does not wish to publish individual details, the information shall be generalized accordingly.
  • How can the Public Management Summary be generalized, so that the client gives her, his ok?
    The Public Management Summary can be generalized, e.g., as follows:
    – Generically reproducing the results
    – Instead of naming the company, e.g., write “a company in the banking sector” instead of “UBS”
  • Do all team members have to post the paper/Public Management Summary?
    No, please post the paper and the summary just once per team.
  • Why is a video or an illustration required?
    We need the summaries for the external communication. A video, an illustration can increase the interest to read the summary of the work.
  • Where is the Public Management Summary published?
    The Public Management Summary is published under: https://studierendenprojekte.wirtschaft.fhnw.ch/en and in the Institutional Repository FHNW (see section “Previous projects). In addition, it can be used on special occasions, such as presentation of the School of Business on events etc.
