    Prof. Dr. Nathalie Amstutz is senior lecturer for Diversity Management at the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organization, School of Business FHNW. Her main research areas are gender and diversity management, equal opportunities controlling, and organizational culture and change.

  • Dr. Susanne Burren

    Susanne Burren is head of the Equality and Diversity Department at the University of Education FHNW. Her current research projects focus on gender and diversity relations in higher education institutions.
