Swiss-Africa Cybersecurity Community Closing Event

From a project to a full-functioning community. This was the key highlight of the Swiss Africa Cybersecurity Community project closing event, held on 25 March 2026.

Together, we celebrated the achievements of this inspiring journey and shared our exciting plans for 2026–2027, including upcoming workshops, joint courses, research paper presentations, and many more collaborative initiatives that will continue to strengthen our growing network.

We extend our sincere thanks to all project partners for their dedication and valuable contributions, and to Movetia – Echanges et mobilité, our project sponsor, for making this initiative possible. We also thank everyone who joined us in person and online to mark this important milestone.
We are especially delighted to warmly welcome our new community members:
- Fonkeng Epah George, Dr. Simon Eyongabane Ako, and Dr. Delbert Afumbom Akom,, representing Biaka University Institute of Buea
- Dr Lebogang Mosupye-Semenya and Dr Ntswaki Matlala, representing Johannesburg Business School (JBS)
