Business Processes & Project Management

Today managers must face new technologies and new and emerging business models - requiring changes in business processes and company projects. The module teaches students to systematically analyse such processes, to visualize them, and identify problems that emerge in these processes. Students will learn to plan improvements and assess the consequences of suggested improvements. Topics such as process analysis, process improvement and resource planning, as well as methods and instruments of project management will be addressed.
