This study determines genome and nuclear organization in time and space and the interplay between nuclear organization and regulation of gene expression in endometrial cells. We are modeling the actions of estrogen and progesterone receptors (ER and PR) in endometrial cancer cells. Specific signaling mediated by PAX2 and chromatin 'progestin control regions' inside Topological Associated Domains (TADs) set endometrial cancer cells apart from breast cancer cells.
