2. Reading and Summarising: Texts will be from the Business Process Management and e-business area, discussion of texts (linguistic focus: Questions and Answers); summarising will be written and oral, students will learn how to write a professional abstract in English
3. Business Correspondence 2: Develop the skills achieved in Business Correspondence 1 with emphasis on report writing, language of meetings and negotiating language.
