- know the relationship between vision, mission statement, human resource strategy and human resource policy
- are familiar with the HRM responsibilities of the line manag-ers and know the importance of a strategic orientation of HRM and its impact on business performance
- gain a basic knowledge of the primary HR process func-tions: HR planning, HR recruitment, selection & induction, HR deployment, performance measurement, compensation & benefits and development
- know selected methods and tools of the above mentioned HR process functions and can apply these knowledge to case studies
- can situate the cross-sectional questions of personnel con-trolling, health & safety and diversity management in relation to other HR and business functions
Inhalt / ContentHuman Resource Management course imparts the know-ledge of HR process functions. Specific tools, requirements and responsibilities for the HR work of line managers are com-piled.
