The students can: manage a small business project can practically apply the project management processes (initiation, planning, execution, monitor / control and closure) in a small project can apply project management tools, in an efficient way identify and assess project risks and their impact manage risks effectively in a small project understand and use communication effectively for the success in projects

Inhalt / Content

In the Project Management course students gain and consolidate knowledge in a concrete project task. Students produce project management documentation as a short report.

Bemerkungen

The "Project Management" course is undertaken in the same semester as the "Project Work" course. The contact lessons are not conducted on a weekly basis but will be set so that the complement the course "Project Work". As well as the course content, there will also be an opportunity for critical refelction of the project work.
