    The increase of multimedia data brings up new challenges with regard to understanding, organizing, presenting and searching within content, such as text, image, audio and video. Media computing focuses on the basics of computer graphics and provides understanding on media convergence and related data to ensure a new user experience.     Learning objectives
    Students know the technical foundations of media computing and their relationship to computer graphics. They have analytical, creative and constructive competences to develop digital media applications. They are in the position to design a media concept and to implement the technical basic setup.
