      Upon the successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: - Understand the nature of management; - Define managerial functions; - Track recent changes in managerial hierarchies and the evolution of management theory; - Outline the position of a manager as a decision maker, planner and strategist; - Pinpoint the factors that influence the managing an organizational structure; - The role of organizational culture in creating an effective organizational architecture;
