- Students learn what the criteria and standards are of a valid, logical argument in order to apply this to their own production (papers, presentations, assignments).
- Students know how to evaluate argumentation (fallacies).
- Students can produce and construct their own argumentation based on quality data/sources.
- Students practice evaluating arguments applying the criteria and standards taught.
- Students have grasped basics of where and how to search for quality information (basic search techniques, basic note-taking, topic clustering, citation).
