Content Never before has knowledge been so ubiquitous and multiplied so quickly as it does today. In order to be ahead of the game, it is enormously important to access knowledge at the right time, in the right place, in the right way, and with the right quality. This is the task of knowledge management. The knowledge already available among employees, teams or departments must be identified, preserved, passed on and supplemented, on the one hand by technological means, but also by methods that promote personal exchange. The constant expansion of its overall knowledge creates a learning organization that can react quickly to changes of all kinds.

Tools and methods for knowledge identification, organisation and transfer within the team and the organisation are used.
