Students will achieve a CEFR level C1 after 3 semesters of English. This will enable students to be fully academically or professionally active in the field of Geomatics. Students will be provided with resources and tools to encourage self-study and lifelong use of English.

Reading, writing, listening and speaking as well as grammar and vocabulary will be revised and extended. Reading and writing: Students will improve their skills (at sentence, paragraph and genre level) through technical English texts. They will create a portfolio of written texts. Speaking and Listening: Students will improve their confidence and fluency in a variety of contexts, learning both native and non-native varieties of English. They will present to their peers. Grammar and vocabulary: Students will increase their general English vocabulary while learning technical terms from geomatics. Intermediate and advanced grammar will be revised and expanded.
