| Lerninhalte | ECM looks at the management of structured and unstructured information from a strategic viewpoint, based on the needs of knowledge workers. In the module, the focus is set first on identifying the needs of knowledge workers along a company's core business processes. Then, suitable tools and methods are discussed to support the retrieval, (collaborative) creation, use, archiving and deleltion of documents to fulfil these needs. |
