Professional Experience Project
Incoming Exchange Students work together with their Swiss peers on project assignments from both Swiss and international clients.
In an increasingly internationalised and complex business environment, the ability to collaborate with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds is vital to individual, team and company success.
The Professional Experience Project is a special project format developed by the School of Engineering in which Incoming Exchange Students work together with their Swiss peers on project assignments from both Swiss and international clients. They learn how to apply their technical know-how in a real-life context which demands excellent intercultural, communication and project management skills. This allows them to gain valuable international project experience while still at university and develop key skills for their future careers.
