Creating a PDF

After you have created your document, click “save as” and decide where the document is to be saved.

• Go to the “save as” menu, name your document and choose “PDF” as the file type.
• 2nd option: choose “PDF printer” in the print menu, and print the file as a PDF.

Reducing the size of the PDF

If the PDF is too big (>1MB), choose the menu item “save as” in the opened PDF, followed by “PDF of reduced size” (Windows) or “save under”, followed by “Adobe PDF file, optimised” (MAC).
