Critical Approach and Business Ethics

Modul group
Curriculum FT: 1st semester, PT: 1st semester
Language English

The module introduces students to principles of ethical, critical, and systematic thinking and offers insights and approaches to responsible decision making in a complex world. In a modern global economy, companies are no longer measured by their financial success alone but increasingly expected to comply with sound ethical standards to satisfy investor and consumer expectations.

Creative and solution-oriented techniques enable students to define structure and analyse problems to develop solutions. The Critical Approach part of the module will enable students to identify and formulate arguments, research questions and theses. Students will learn to locate and search quality databases and other sources methodically and efficiently. The study of business ethics informs the students of the basic concepts and categories of ethics and of decision-making models.
