| Content | This course provides students the basic theories that help to understand the management of an organisation. The fundamental concepts and principles of managing organised activities are covered. The course explores the general history and theories of the management field and then analyse actual principles around the topics ‘management, organisation and decision making’. At the end of the module, students are able to apply models, frameworks and tools for analysis of business problems and can offer practical recommendations to management. |
