Principles of Management

Module groupBusiness Administration
CurriculumFT: 1st semester; PT: 1st semester
ContentStudents understand the role of companies and organisations as open social systems that create value for their environment and stakeholders. They perceive companies and organisations – private, semi-public and public – as integral elements of an economy.
They know the elements and systems of the “integral management” model and other selected models and are able to apply them to actual practical cases by completing them with concrete content as a framework, thereby appropriately considering the important structures and contexts. They have the basic ability to analyse practical problems using the provided instruments, to create alternative solutions and conceive a concrete implementation. Case studies ensure a clear link to practice.
