| Content | The objective of the lecture is to provide students with a solid understanding of the most widely spread standards of IT management (ITIL, Cobit). Students are familiarised with the ITIL processes. The interfaces and interdependencies between the different processes are discussed and analysed with illustrative example questions. Students understand how Cobit 5 is built and recognise cross-links with ITIL V3. |
