Content Students can describe and critically appraise the philosophies and key concepts of marketing, explain systems and classify the function of marketing within company management. They are able to develop a marketing situation analysis, can explain elements of strategic marketing planning and are familiar with different marketing strategies for a product, explain elements of market research and can apply them to different situations. They are familiar with the significance of the marketing mix and its most important elements and can establish the key steps of defining and implementing a marketing mix starting from a market opportunity.
