| Content | This module lays down the foundations for all management and business subjects taught in the degree course. The holistic approach introduces students to the workings of business organizations, both private and public, and examines their role in the economy. Students develop a critical perspective on the main functional areas of management and acquire knowledge of the different approaches to management and managerial decision-making. At the end of the module, students are able to apply models, frameworks and tools for analysis of business problems and can offer practical recommendations to management. |
