Digital Competence – Research & Development

Measurement methods for organisations and evidence-based strategy development

Digital transformation is of utmost relevance for successful teams and organizations today – and it is a challenge. Therefore, it is important to measure the state of digital competence in teams, organizations or business in order to develop good strategies and roadmaps for the future.

In our project, we developed an online-questionnaire to assess digital competence in teams and organizations («Fit4Digit») which can be used directly as is or be adapted to specific circumstances and needs. The questionnaire is being continuously improved together with our cooperation partners who use it. Moreover, it allows for feedback-visualizations of aggregated data and a useful basis for our method of designing evidence-based competence development in organizations.
