Sustainable corporate success is closely linked with the health of employees. We therefore devote ourselves intensively to scientific research and developing innovative concepts in workplace health management (WHM). We conduct research together with (and in) organisations to develop tailor-made solutions for a healthy and productive working environment.

We deal with the following questions, for example: How is WHM implemented in Swiss organisations? Which interventions and tools have proven benefits? To what extent can the need for action in terms of health be identified at an early stage using complex statistical methods?
