Handling the digital transformation through critical thinking

Understanding the digital transformation through critical thinking from a psychological perspective.

The goal of this project is the development of how to professionally handle the digital transformation through critical thinking. Students of the FHNW School of Applied Psychology are encouraged to further develop their competencies for their future role as supporters of the digital transformation in organizations.

Therefore, a framework, methods and a teaching concept will be developed, applied and evaluated. The concept will be implemented in teaching lessons when digitalization is the topic. We aim at deepening the understanding of the digitalization topic through a controversial examination from a work, organizational, and business psychological point of view and their scientific approach.

The concept will be implemented in the Master degree programmes. Later, it will be disseminated to other schools of the University of Applied Science and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
