Implant design and production with additive manufacturing

Anatomical structure measurement and modelling to create intelligent implants using additive manufacturing.

With implant modelling and additive manufacturing, we can measure and model 3D anatomical structure data, or derive and produce model- and structure-adapted surgical solutions.

We are specialists in processing metallic and ceramic materials for bone replacement structures. In addition to dense structures, we are researching the modelling of intelligent implants: biomimetic open-pore 3D lattice frameworks with novel internal structures and external forms. Structural adaptation of existing additive manufacturing processes as well as development of new systems are increasingly important. This work is done for firms whose biomaterials have already been proven on the market and who require the development of new additive production processes.
