  • Prevention of violence in disability care (prevention, de-escalation, emergency response, aftercare)
  • Challenging behaviours (such as self-harming and harmful behaviour towards others, property damage etc.)
  • Quality of life of people with an intellectual disability (ID)
  • SEED: Emotional development in people with ID
  • Trauma, trauma-related disorders
  • Violence, victim support

  • 2023: SEED certificate: Multiplier of the SEED-approach in educational support of people with intellectual disabilities (Sabine Zepperitz, Berlin)
  • 2022: Practical consultant for positive behavioural support (PBS) (Prof. Dr. Georg Theunissen, ifbfb, Berlin)
  • 2018: DAS Association/NPO Management (University of Fribourg, VMI)
  • 2016: Multiplier Ki-Pro (crisis intervention programme according to Prof. Dr. Ernst Wüllenweber, ifbfb, Berlin)
  • 2015: Certificate as a special consultant for crisis intervention, de-escalation and dealing with behavioural problems (Prof. Dr. Ernst Wüllenweber, ifbfb, Berlin)

  • SEED assessments (assessment of the emotional development status of people with intellectual development disorders)
  • Individual and situation analyses for adult persons who show challenging behaviour
  • Specialist advice on dealing professionally with challenging behaviour (HEVE)
