Giovanni Ceresa

Giovanni completed a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Bioprocess Technology at FHNW, and is now studying for a Master’s degree in Data Science alongside part-time work.
Originally from Ticino, he entered the field of biotechnology after gaining experience in the healthcare sector, motivated by his broad interest in the natural sciences.
During his undergraduate studies, he supported plasmid production in the bioprocess technology laboratory and wrote his thesis on a Raman-based model for predicting antibody concentrations in a mammalian cell perfusion process. He is currently working on the characterisation of prototype devices and supporting laboratory activities.
