Master Talk: Alícia Trepat & Manel Heredero
The past few years have been all about customer-centered design: how to get into the users’ shoes, approach them and co-create with them the solution they need or that one experience we need to transmit. To do this process properly, collaboration is essential. It’s time to zoom out and think about ecosystemic design.
Alícia Trepat is passionate about experimenting with spaces that enable personal empowerment such as self-organized teams and communities. She studies and explores the future of work, decentralized organizations and shared-governance models. Manel Heredero believes in the power of innovative organizations empowering their teams to create value and have a positive impact. He is fascinated by networked organizations, distributed leadership and innovative governance models. His focus is on collective intelligence and strategic learning.
