For engineers, this requires knowledge and experience in project management and in different project activities.
In Project 4, students can apply the knowledge from their basic studies and new subject areas. For this purpose, teams of 4-6 students work on a task for an external client.
Consolidation of the project management phase model and project activities: Apply knowledge of subject areas, create deliverables in English, train, reflect and optimize project activities.
Development of competences: Targeted development of individual social and professional skills.
Learning objectives
- Students, working in teams, can plan, carry out and successfully complete projects with challenging technical and methodological requirements for external customers.
- Students are able to tackle new subject areas with guidance from faculty.
- Students can independently organize and write a technical report with high technical and communicative requirements collaboratively in their team.
- Students can perform communicative tasks in English (e.g. weekly status e-mails, agendas, moderating a meeting, minutes, poster, report writing).
- Students can independently reflect on their responsibilities and project behavior, and train and optimize their own project behavior.
