NumberprmgtECTS2.0LevelbasicOverviewThis Project Management module empowers students to successfully perform and contribute in different project setups by providing support in project management processes (e.g. initiating, planning, executing) and knowledge areas (e.g. quality, scope, communication). Students learn to identify, assess and respond to challenges and risks in their respective projects appropriately. To this end, students employ various project management practices and techniques. They experience continuous feedback loops that inspire fast learning and deep insights. Students are encouraged to reflect on their project work. They recognize knowledge and competence gaps in their project management competencies and will work on closing those gaps during this module.Learning objectivesStudents are able to
