      Healthy changes

The way we work together is changing. New forms of work and organisational models offer opportunities as well as risks for the health and motivation of employees.

In a rapidly changing world, rigid organisational models come under great pressure. At the same time, technological advances are enabling us to fundamentally change the way we work. Traditional forms of work are giving way to innovative concepts based on values such as customer focus, meaningfulness, trust and openness. To implement these, they rely heavily on self-organisation and self-responsibility, thus offering greater freedom and flexibility.

But how do these new models impact employees – their health, well-being and motivation? How must new forms of work and organisational models be developed so that they can have a lasting and beneficial impact on health?
