Auf einen Blick
- Train hands-on with twin column equipment for capture and polishing processes for biomolecules.
- Learn cutting-edge techniques in continuous chromatography.
- Benefit from leading experts with academic and industrial backgrounds.
- Expand your network and enjoy an inspiring evening programme.
Ziele und Nutzen
You will deepen your knowledge of continuous chromatography for biomolecules with hands-on lab experience using industry-grade equipment.
By the end of the seminar you will be able to:
- explain the fundamentals of large-molecule chromatography
- design, run and optimise multi-column chromatography processes
- evaluate process performance and scale up
- apply your knowledge directly through practical lab training
Zielpublikum
This seminar is designed for separation scientists and process development engineers from industry and academia. You already have some experience with single-column chromatography, you want to broaden your understanding of chromatographic processes and learn new and more efficient ways to separate and polish biomolecules. If you’re looking to enhance your expertise and implement continuous chromatography in real-world settings, this seminar is for you.
Aufbau und Inhalte
This three-day seminar combines theory, hands-on laboratory work and expert-guided analysis. You will work directly with Contichrom CUBE twin-column separation and purification systems. Each day blends lectures with practical lab sessions, ensuring a rich and immersive learning experience.
This workshop does not cover 4-zone SMB, chiral and small molecule separations.
Day 1: Production of Biotherapeutics
