      Womxn Center

The Womxn Center for Excellence is a think tank with the task of assessing, developing, and advancing a new social language and methodology in order to better understand the role of women in art, culture, science, and technology, in other words, in all fields of knowledge that feed in to culture today.

The project was launched jointly with Grażyna Kulczyk und the Art Stations Foundation CH (Instituto Susch at the Muzeum Susch in the Engadin) at the end of 2018. What unites us is an interest in examining the role that education plays in the arts in defining the position and language of women. The research aims at raising critical questions with regard to both the present and the past, and producing and publishing a teaching and discussion base on the subject. We explore how this work can be shown, shared, and further developed towards future living communities based on equality.
